Longer Stays:
- Stays longer than 14 days requires a guest to pay for a refresh, clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Guests to provide expected check-in time - we will do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time (latest being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn-away charge or a full day rental).
- Guests must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to the agreed check-in time, and lockboxes (if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
- Carpark (if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.
During Your Stay:
- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay, as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
- Guests to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All costs involved with returning lost items, including time taken, are chargeable.

Great townhouse in what was a central location for the purpose of our trip. Very comfortable stay and so much space for our big family. Had plenty of kitchenware which made cooking easy. Lovely furniture, comfortable beds, very clean throughout. Only downside is being situated facing a relatively busy road, fair amount of road noise so if this is something that affects your sleep this is something to consider. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay! Thank you

The space itself was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described (if not better). Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the little touches made it feel like a home away from home. Very nice clean place that was perfect for my group.
Our family loved this vacation rental and was very pleased with the location and amenities. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was convenient and definitely a plus. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. Team EJ responded quickly to any questions and we had no concerns.
It was worth it, the house was well maintained. Loved the stairs. Hope to return on the next trip.

Do you take a security deposit?
Most homes have a refundable bond, shown separately from your stay total because it is not part of what you pay. It is a hold on your card, not a charge: no money is taken unless something is damaged. After you book we will ask you to approve the hold, and it is placed 3 days before you arrive, or straight away if you are arriving sooner than that. It is released 3 days after you check out, provided all is well. For stays of 30 nights or more the bond is charged rather than held, and refunded on the same timing.
