This policy is being finalised. It will be published in full before launch, checked against the Privacy Act 2020. In the meantime, ask us anything about your information through the contact page and we will answer it directly.

What the published policy will cover

The information we collect when you browse and when you book, how we use it to deliver your stay and support you during it, who we share it with (our property management system, payment provider and analytics tools), how long we keep it, where it is stored, and how you ask us for a copy or ask us to delete it.

The live site will use analytics and advertising tags. The published policy will name them, explain what each one does, and tell you how to opt out.
