Longer Stays:
- Stays longer than 14 days requires a guest to pay for a refresh, clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Guests to provide expected check-in time - we will do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time (latest being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn-away charge or a full day rental).
- Guests must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to the agreed check-in time, and lockboxes (if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
- Carpark (if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.
During Your Stay:
- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay, as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
- Guests to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All costs involved with returning lost items, including time taken, are chargeable.

A true gem! Beautifully clean, modern and comfortable. We felt at home right away here. A large room with plenty of space to relax. The most comfortable double bed I've ever slept in away from home, and a large smart TV. loads of cupboard space, comfortable armchairs, sumptuous carpet and all quite new and spotlessly clean. A separate bathroom with a modern shower and washing machine and tumble dryer. A lovely, secluded outdoor space to sit and enjoy fresh air. Amazing location just 60 seconds from the beach and a great beach cafe that's ideal for breakfast. Team EJ were always on hand via the app and responded almost immediately to the few questions we had during our stay. We could not fault this gorgeous accommodation and can highly recommend it to anyone who is searching for somewhere to stay in the area, we plan to return for a few more days after our travels. A simple but functional place in an absolutely amazing location. The space met all of our needs and we especially enjoyed walking across the street to the beach! I had an issue receiving the check-in instructions due to my overseas phone not connecting but I as able to quickly contact the host and resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful extended stay at this fabulous little rental. There is so much to do locally and everything is completely walkable. We enjoyed the local markets, food truck nights and beach walks to Devonport. We loved how helpful the team were and how friendly the neighbourhood was. The property has everything you need and the team and brilliant at getting anything else you need. Would completely recommend!

Where does Stayhub have properties?
We are Auckland based, with homes right across the city and a growing set of New Zealand destinations including Tauranga, Taupo and Rotorua.
Do you take a security deposit?
Most homes have a refundable bond, shown separately from your stay total because it is not part of what you pay. It is a hold on your card, not a charge: no money is taken unless something is damaged. After you book we will ask you to approve the hold, and it is placed 3 days before you arrive, or straight away if you are arriving sooner than that. It is released 3 days after you check out, provided all is well. For stays of 30 nights or more the bond is charged rather than held, and refunded on the same timing.
