Longer Stays:
- Stays longer than 14 days requires a guest to pay for a refresh, clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Guests to provide expected check-in time - we will do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time (latest being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn-away charge or a full day rental).
- Guests must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to the agreed check-in time, and lockboxes (if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
- Carpark (if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.
During Your Stay:
- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay, as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
- Guests to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All costs involved with returning lost items, including time taken, are chargeable.

Lovely tidy home that suited us perfectly. Clean and tidy and the aircon downstairs was a big help when the sun hit. Pretty close to the motorway so was easy to access the wider city as well. Great communication from the hosts and all of the information we needed was at our fingertips!
Wow I was really impressed at the high level of cleanliness, how cosy and homely this unit was. We used to go McAuley High School & Otahuhu College so returning to where we grew up, was really special. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful unit - definitely have to spread the word to our family and friends to book. Take care
The host gave clear check-in instructions. Parking on site was a bit tricky considering other neighbours and their visitors trying to park on site as well as off road parking. Otherwise, place is clean and tidy.
Beautiful mini getaway for the weekend. Was easy to find, easy access to the place with clear instructions & the place was spotless. Definitely recommend, the backyard is a beautiful place to sit out and relax. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Lovely place with a nice view of the park right behind the unit. The ensuite had a perfect view of the sunrise. Quiet and safe, close to the main township area and about a 5min drive to the motorway. Clean, warm and very homely. Thankyou for having us 🥰

Do you take a security deposit?
Most homes have a refundable bond, shown separately from your stay total because it is not part of what you pay. It is a hold on your card, not a charge: no money is taken unless something is damaged. After you book we will ask you to approve the hold, and it is placed 3 days before you arrive, or straight away if you are arriving sooner than that. It is released 3 days after you check out, provided all is well. For stays of 30 nights or more the bond is charged rather than held, and refunded on the same timing.
